Mix together all of the ingredients for the barbecue sauce and set it aside. If you are making this in the morning, put the sauce in the refrigerator.
Add the chicken to the pressure cooker with the water and 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce.
Cook on manual for 20 minutes. (Remember the pot will need some time to come to pressure too.)
Add all the ingredients together for the coleslaw and mix. Put this in the refrigerator until you need it.
Heat up the Bush’sHomestyle Baked Beans. You can do this on the stove or in the microwave.
Chop cilantro and grate Cotija cheese.
When the chicken is done, shred it and mix with another 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce.
Layer the BakedBeans onto the tostada shells, add the chicken, add the coleslaw.
Top it off with lots of cheese and cilantro and serve!
